Kurt Ueno
Kurt Ueno was raised and resides in the Willow Glen area of San Jose. Since graduating from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Landscape Architecture, Kurt has been practicing residential and commercial landscape design and architecture since 1992.
Kurt’s professional background has provided him experience in designing a variety of projects from residential to destination resorts. As a landscape designer, Kurt is in a “hands on” role for implementing designs and evaluating the clients’ needs. His goals as a designer are to listen to the client’s needs and to create a design that responds and takes into account integration with the architecture and adding a signature style.
Kurt has worked with Landscape Solutions since 2017.

Shanti Wertz
Shanti Wertz holds a Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and a Landscape Contractors License (#1055029). Shanti has worked at plant nurseries broadening her plant knowledge and began her own landscape design company. Shanti currently teaches landscape design and computer drafting at Cabrillo College. She has also taught horticulture and organic gardening for ten years. Shanti has extensive knowledge of both ornamental and edible plant material, along with an artistic and sustainable approach to landscape design.
Shanti has worked with Landscape Solutions since 2015.
